Avalure™ UR 450 Polymer
INCI Name: PPG-17/IPDI/ DMPA Copolymer
A waterborne dispersion, Avalure UR 450 polymer has very good gloss, hardness, abrasion resistance and flexibility and will provide superior water resistance properties. When this polymer is used in sunscreen formulations it will promote a uniform distribution of organic UV filters to help enhance their performance. Avalure UR 450 polymer forms a tough film with fast property development. Suggested applications include nail polish, mascara/eyeliner, liquid (face) makeup, sunscreen products, and barrier lotion.
